Delivery and Production Times

A limited stock of CARV leather goods are ready to ship with all others being made to order. The description text for each product specifies whether the item is ‘ready to ship’ or ‘made to order’.
Standard delivery of ‘ready to ship’ items is estimated at 2-3 working days (subject to Royal Mail).
Express shipping is available to UK addresses. A next day guarantee available for ‘ready to ship’ items only if orders are placed by 12pm. The next day guarantee is not available for ‘made to order’ items so please check the listing description before placing your order.
For ‘made to order’ goods a production time estimate is provided in the product description text. Becky endeavours to produce made to order items as quickly as possible while giving every piece the care and attention to detail it deserves. Once the item is finished, standard delivery is 2-3 working days. If you are requesting a delivery deadline ahead of the estimated production time then please select ‘Express Shipping’.

UK Shipping

Delivery timescale targets cannot be guaranteed.
The correct shipping charges must be paid in full before orders can be dispatched.
All customs and tax charges (including import VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packages will be sent with a tracking reference and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure receipt of the delivery or collection from a delivery office. CARV cannot be responsible for packages returned due to non-delivery.
