International Shipping

CARV leather goods can be shipped worldwide via the International Fedex service. Postage charges and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and costs are now calculated based on weight. The following are approximate (target) delivery timescales (subject to customs clearance and Fedex):

• Europe - 5-7 working days
• US and Canada - 5-10 working days
• Australia - 10 working days
• Hong Kong - 10 working days
• Rest of World - 10 working days

Please note:

• Delivery timescale targets cannot be guaranteed.
• The correct shipping charges must be paid in full before orders can be dispatched.
• All customs and tax charges (including import VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Packages will be sent with a tracking reference and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure receipt of the delivery or collection from a delivery office. If packages are missing and returned to sender CARV an additional postage charge will need to be paid to get packages re-sent.
